Our company provides a one-stop solution covering raw material compounding, mold design & manufacturing, and customized rubber product production. With over 20 years of experience in rubber manufacturing, rubber formulation R&D, and mold making, we are capable of evaluating the feasibility of the entire project—from manufacturing to market launch.
We typically complete rapid prototyping within 5–7 days, helping our customers gain valuable time to respond to market changes.
We have an in-house mold department equipped with 10 CNC machines, 10 EDM machines, and 8 milling machines. All our mold engineers have at least 10 years of experience. With this strong foundation, we are able to handle urgent projects and deliver optimal solutions within a short timeframe, significantly reducing trial-and-error costs.
For different products, we provide tailored manufacturing solutions:
- For large-size and high-hardness components, we use compression molding
- For high-volume and complex geometry rubber parts, we adopt injection molding
- For rubber parts with metal inserts, we apply transfer molding for precise control
- For rubber strips and similar products, extrusion is typically used
We can customize a wide range of materials, including EPDM, NBR, Silicone, Viton, Neoprene, and Natural Rubber. Based on application requirements, we can also tailor performance characteristics such as UV resistance, high-temperature resistance, oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and food-grade compliance.
In terms of hardness, we can produce products ranging from 30 to 90 Shore A. For example, silicone can reach as low as around 20 Shore A, while PU,NBR,EPDM can go up to approximately 95 Shore A.
Our professional engineering team can design molds and provide DFM (Design for Manufacturability) reports based on customer drawings, helping optimize designs and reduce development costs. With our in-house tooling capabilities, we ensure high precision and reliable lead times. We are especially competitive for low-volume prototype projects.
We accept various 3D file formats, including STEP, STP, DWG, PDF, CDR, and more.
For samples, we conduct comprehensive testing using professional equipment such as projectors, tensile testing machines, Shore hardness testers, aging test chambers, and salt spray test chambers. These tests cover dimensions, tensile strength, hardness, aging resistance, and chemical resistance.
All our products comply with ROHS and REACH standards. For medical and drinking water applications, we meet ISO 13485 and NSF requirements.
